F - How to Create an Account

1. Now that you have entered into the Order Store, select create an account link from the middle of this screen.  

2. Once this link is selected, this is the next window that will open (see below)

3. please fill in each field, (* = fields will need to be completed)
4. once finished, click  in bottom left of the screen. (you may need to scroll down the page to complete the form and to view this button)
5. the screen confirming your account was successfully created will be presented shown below.

Please note: Gippy Gourmet's order store will be available to use as a research tool, without pricing, until approval of your account is forwarded to you by return email.

6. A personal email will be forwarded to the email registered in your account application

We welcome you to Gippy Gourmet.

Your application to become an online customer [which will enable you to purchase our products through this service] is currently being evaluated. We will notify you within 2 Business days as to when you can access our eCommerce system. You can NOW take part in the various services we have to offer you.

Some of these services include:
- Explore our research tool displaying a range of products including descriptions, recommended life, photographs and product ratings.
- Quick Search by name or description notes to find details on products.
- Scan Product categories or manufacturers, on the left margin of the online store, to seek that ideal product.
- Recipes - Gain confidence in using our various range or feel free to add your recipes to our product reviews.
- Products Reviews - Share your opinions on products with our other customers.
For help with any of our online services, please email the store-owner: sales@gippygourmet.com.au. Note: This email address was given to us by one of our customers. If you did not signup to be a member, please send an email to sales@gippygourmet.com.au.

7. During this process of membership approval, a delivery zoning will be linked to your account - using your address as a reference.
8. Once your account has been approved by Gippy Gourmet (sales@gippygourmet.com.au), you will receive an email confirming this. After you have received this email, you will be able to place your orders direct with Gippy Gourmet online using this facility.

G - Log Yourself In

1. Select "order store" button on home page; refer to Entering the Order Store.
2. Select log yourself in, (as shown in reference G on the diagram at the very top of this page)
3. Your window will update to the screen below

this is how the screen will appear when you reach the log in

4. Enter your email address and password - please be advised that your password IS case sensitive.

Please note: If you have forgotten your password, proceed with the tutorial below; if not, skip to step 9.

5. If you have forgotten your password, please select text under password:

6. In the next window, enter your email address into the text field, then select continue button. An email will be sent immediately to the allocated address.

7. The original "log in" screen will refresh with an additional note in the middle of the screen; this is the screen with the note "Welcome, Please Sign In" at the top of the page.

8. Please now refer to your email to access the updated password.  The email received will read as follows: 

A new password has been requested from the Gippy Gourmet order store.
You’re new password is as follows:

9. Please now enter this information into the order store (as shown in the diagram below step 3 of this tutorial)
10. Once completed, select sign in button button

Please note: You have the option to change your password from the one you have been automatically assigned by the system. Learn how to change your password.

 The My Account Screen is accessable by clicking the this is what the my account button looks like button (C), located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar any time you are logged into the order store. Once clicking the button, the screen will appear as above.

H1 - Previous Orders
1. You can view details of previous deliveries by selecting  at the end of the row. Clicking this will give you details on the quantities and products you ordered, where the stock was delivered, what date it was delivered, and invoice total.

2. To go back to the previous My Account home screen, click the back button button on the bottom left-hand side.

H2 - View or Change Your Account Information1. To view or change your account information, select the "view or change my account information" link text under the My Account heading.

2. To update any of these fields, once you have made the required changes, ensure you click the continue button button. Alternatively, click the back button button to disregard any changes made and return to the My Account home screen.

H3 - View or Change Entries in Address Book
1. Clicking "View or change entries in my address book" allows you to create numerous delivery addresses that you can later select from once processing your order through the checkout facility. This program stores up to 5 addressess at a time.

2. Update current addresses by clicking the edit button button that is in-line with the address you were wanting to change. (* = fields will need to be completed) Click the update button button to record your changes, or select back button to cancel and return to the Address Book.
- Delete an address from the address book by selecting the button delete button, which is also in-line with the address, next to the button edit button.
- Add a new address by selecting the add address button button located on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. (* = fields will need to be completed)

H4 - Change Account Password
1. Select "change my account password" under the My Account heading; the screen will appear as shown below

2. Fill out the form with your current password, and the new password you were wanting to create. All fields are required to be filled out, as indicated by the red asterics(*) .
3. Click the continue button button to confirm your password change, or select back button to cancel and return to the My Account screen.

H5 - View All Orders You Have Made
This is different to the view previous orders option, as this shows ALL orders. (The "previous orders" option, see H1, only shows the 3 most recent orders)

1. Click on the "view the orders I have made" link text under the My Orders heading to display this screen:

2. You can view further details of a previous delivery by selecting  at the end of the row. Clicking this will give you details on the quantities and products you ordered, where the stock was delivered, what date it was delivered, and invoice total.
3. To go back to the previous My Order History home screen, click the back button button on the bottom left-hand side. Click it again to return to My Account home screen.

H6 - Subscribe or Unsubscribe From Gippy Newsletters
1. Click on the "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters" link under the E-Mail Notifications heading.

2. To go back to the previous My Account home screen, click the  button on the bottom left-hand side.

 

2. Tick or un-tick the selection box next the the  General Newsletter  text according to your preference.
3. Click the continue button button to record your selection, or click back button to cancel any changes made and return to the My Account menu.

H7 - View or Change Product Notification

H8 - Log Out of the Order Store
 
1. Click the log off icon button, located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar.
You will know you have successfully logged out when you see the following screen:

I - Frequent Orders

1. The Frequent Orders screen is accessable by clicking the  frequent orders button button, located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar. Once clicking the button, the screen will appear as below.

 For a new customer who has not previously accessed this facility the center of the screen, being the "working space", will appear empty. Once products are added against your frequent orders, they will be listed in this space.

However, you can view ½ way down on the right margin, an “Order History” to access products previously purchased against your member account.
By clicking on the shopping cart icon shopping cart next to the product, you can add the product directly to your cart. Please be aware that the product will be added as many times as the cart is clicked, so do not double-click. There is also the option to remove items from the shopping cart if need be. Please be aware that this does not add the product to your frequent orders list.
3. To add products to the frequent orders list, select a product by clicking on the text link to access the product information screen. (This screen shows when accessing product information from anywhere on the site including the order store)
4. In the centre of the screen, select the add to frequent orders button. Once the button has been clicked, the screen will show as follows:

5. When this warning is shown, select the  button in the cente of the screen above the image.
Please note: this step does not add the product to your shopping cart, only your frequent orders list
6. The frequent orders screen will refresh with the following note:

 the product was successfully added to your frequent orders

7. Locate additional products using the order store search options, or continue selecting recently ordered products in the “Order History” section down the right margin - as you add each product to your frequent order, the new item will be added to the top of the list.
8. To now place an order, select the add to cart button button beneath the product photo. Once the shopping cart opens you are able to change the product quantities; be sure to click the update button button or your quantity changes will be disregarded.
9. Select the frequent orders button button located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar again to return to your Frequent Orders list to continue selecting products.

10. When the final product has been added there is no need to go back to your Frequent Orders list; instead learn how to Proceed to Checkout or continue with the tutorial to learn how to delete products out of the Frequent Orders.
11. To delete a product, return to your frequent orders list by clicking the frequent orders button button.

12. Your product list will appear as above. Click the delete button button on the bottom left corner of each "product section", just above the black line separating it from the product below.
13. A comment will appear on a new, otherwise blank screen, confirming that the product has been removed from your Frequent Orders list.

J - Cart Contents

1. At any point during your ordering you can select the cart contents button button, located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar. Use this tool to view contents of your shopping cart. Keep in mind that more than one change can be made at once.

2. Make any changes necessary to product quantities. Do this by over-riding the number displayed in the quantity text field; be sure to click the update button button to record your changes. Note that once pressing record, the quantity also changes in the shopping cart list on the right hand side.

3. The shopping cart does not have a "delete" button, but products still can be removed by ticking the check box under the "Remove" title (on the left of the products) and clicking the update button button.
4. Once you have recorded the necessary changes and are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, you can either return to the order store by clicking the continue shopping button button to select more products, or select button checkout to place the order.

K - Checkout

 

1. Once clicking the button checkout button, the screen below will show. This screen is also accessible at any point by selecting the checkout button button, located on the brown bar below the main navigation bar. Note: the order status bar at the bottom of the screen (circled in image below). This shows you which stage your order is up to. You can go back to a previous step at any time by clicking on the text along the time line.

 2. Select which day you would like your delivery. Yellow dates on the calender are the dates that you can receive a delivery from Gippy Gourmet. Select a delivery from the calender by clicking the left mouse button over the date. For the example displayed above, the delivery will be put through for Wednesday the 19/01/2011

 

WARNING: Some deliveries near a Public Holiday may be cancelled. Please contact our office in your state for further information.

3. Check that the address registered against the Shipping Address is the location you wanted the stock to be delivered to. If this is correct, proceed to step 5.
